I am so happy with my roof! The shingles are a beautiful color and complement the brick of the house. Not only did I need the shingles replaced, I also needed the wood underneath the shingles replaced. The new gutters are a size bigger than the old ones, and they have screens on them that eliminate the need for any kind of gutter cleaning. Alfonso coordinated everything for me including speaking with the insurance company and making sure they acknowledged and honored all the details of my policy. It was a difficult job, and the crew stayed all day and didn’t leave until the project was finished.
My husband and I bought a new home and had a lot of visions of change. We hired Alfonso to complete these visions with the help of his creative style. We are so pleased with all the time and work he put into our home to make it “OURS”. He did multiple things for us, including; roof, gutter guards, stone washed our fire place, painting inside and outside our home, new light fixtures, electrical work, crown molding, door frame work, finishing our deck repairs, he even shoveled our snow the day of our move. He did repairs on things we didn’t even notice. Alfonso’s communication is excellent and completed the work on time for our move-in date. I’ve trusted Alfonso with gutter and roofing work previously and have always been satisfied. This time was no different. When the flashing on the chimney of my 1910 house started leaking, he diagnosed the issue and suggested adding a “cricket” , which I had never heard of, and then performed the work at a reasonable price. The “cricket” was the perfect solution because it sheds water away from the chimney flashing. I’ve had no leaks to date (6 months). Throughout the rainy winter, Alfonso was always responsive and kept checking back to let me know when the work would be done. When the weather was warm enough, his crew was there and fixed the problem in a day. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Alfonso, in an industry that’s hard to find people to trust.
When my 25 year old home needed new roofing, siding, and gutters, I put out a request for recommendations. Alfonso Huckleberry told me this was what he did. We set up an appointment and went over everything that I needed. He was prompt for the appointment, knowledgeable about the products and services and also helped me with financing. He answered all questions that I had (and I always have a lot) and helped me with all of the options. Because he has an artist’s eye, he even helped me figure out colors/shades. We worked with Alfonso Huckleberry after a storm caused significant damage to our home and barn roof. Alfonso was prompt, patient with our questions, stayed in contact with our insurance adjuster, and kept everyone ‘in the loop’. Alfonso prepared necessary documents, explained clearly how the project would proceed and stayed involved. Scheduling of workmen went exceptionally well, Alfonso was on the job site making sure the work was progressing and was very responsive to our questions. From the start you can tell that Alfonso is an attentive project person. I believe in the end that it is all in the detail and Alfonso did not disappoint.
